All of these will contain spoilers for Evangelion since Kaworu appears at the very end. I've been into the series so long I have no idea what is known via osmosis and what isn't so gomen.

A Fated Meeting
Kaworu and Shinji meet in the ruins of the Geofront.
Good for: Understanding Kaworu's perspective in the world.
CW: THIS CONTAINS ANIMAL DEATH. I have a version where I blocked out the images so you don't have to see it.

Without Reaching Your Heart
Kaworu struggles to understand sorrow after the loss of Rei Ayanami.
Good for: Disconnection from others, emotion, confusion
CW: Non-graphic death of a child, panic attacks

Twisted Night
Shinji hides away at Kaworu's apartment after Rei's death. Kaworu struggles to understand the affection he felt when psychically connected with her.
Good for: Desire for affection, learning, growth.
CW: Panic attack, Shinji being a terrible little homophobe.

Descendant of Adam
Kaworu tries to demand Shinji's affection and is rejected. Then he is urged by his creators to do what he was created for.
Good for: Backstory and lore.
CW: None.

Memories within my Palm
Kaworu, realizes he was to touch Lilith, not Adam, urges Shinji to end his life and spare him a worse fate.
Good for: Understanding why Karl is such a fucked up little guy and also what the whole deal is.
CW: Self-sacrifice/suicide
